Step 1: Meeting Point & Introduction 30 min

We'll meet at the Petra Visitor Center where I'll provide an overview of our route and answer any questions. I'll share some fascinating background about Petra's history before we begin our adventure.

Step 2: The Siq Journey 45 min

Walk through the magnificent Siq, the narrow gorge that serves as Petra's entrance. I'll point out ancient water channels, carved deities, and explain the engineering marvels of the Nabataeans.

Step 3: The Treasury & Beyond 1 hour

Marvel at the iconic Treasury and learn its secrets. Then we'll venture beyond to less-visited tombs and facades where you can take photos without crowds.

Step 4: Royal Tombs & Hidden Views 1.5 hours

Explore the magnificent Royal Tombs and climb to secret viewpoints where the panoramic views will take your breath away. This is where the magic really happens!

Step 5: Traditional Tea Break 30 min

Rest and enjoy traditional Bedouin tea while I share stories about life in Petra. This is a great time to ask questions and connect with local culture.

Step 6: The Monastery Trail 2 hours

Hike the ancient stairs to the Monastery, Petra's largest monument. The climb is worth every step for the incredible views and the peaceful atmosphere at the top.
